这部电影还是蛮有意思的，可以说颠覆了对于吸血鬼和一些童话故事里对于反面角色的一种固定的观念，总以为那些邪恶的角色都是那么讨人厌和恐怖，这部电影通过另外一个视角，讲述了一个吸血鬼父亲为了保护女儿的可歌可泣的喜剧故事。
在电影里，充满了很多让人忍不住笑出来的场面和对白。整部电影可以说没有浪费一秒钟时间，几乎每个场景、每个人物设定都有其作用，有些能够推动剧情发展，而有些则充当了搞笑的角色。
虽然是诚心下的原版，但是这部电影实在是容易理解，可以说，就是没有对白，看完也能大概了解故事的梗概，但那就失去了很多体会对白之间的那种乐趣。
无论是动画制作还是剧情对白，这部电影都称得上是上乘之作，抱着娱乐的心态看完整部电影，完全没有让我失望。
