美国亚马逊一直以来都以服务周到著称,不单单体现在售前和物流上,售后服务也非常的值得肯定,下面就简单的记录下一个礼拜之内三次退款的经历。
先说下亚马逊的价格保护政策,购买后至收货后的7天之内,所有的价格变动都可以申请补偿差价。这个政策对于海淘来说实在是太没人性了,因为海淘一般都要半个月到一个月,在这其中特别是电子产品的价格波动非常大,所以基本上可以用一个月内的最低价来买到想要买的东西。
第一笔退款
7月2号$157买了海盗船的键盘,7月5号看到什么值得买上推荐$139.99+$22.46直邮中国(约¥1010),遂找亚马逊客服,最后退了$17.21,过几天发现价格又回到了原价,这个时候东西都还没到。
第二笔退款
同样7月2号用$49.99买了海盗船的鼠标,7月12号的时候上亚马逊查物流状态,顺便进到商品页看看,发现价格有点不对,再仔细一看,发现降价到了$49.99,降了$5,遂联系客服退了$5。
第三笔退款
7月9号,信用卡扣了$9.99,上网看账单明细,发现是交易描述是Amazon Digital Svcs,想来想去只可能是上个月买Kindle后免费试用的Kindle Unlimited服务了,遂去美亚查了下,果然显示在7月9号开始Monthly Membership,遂联系客服,因为开通之后没有使用,所以申请取消和退款。
关于退款的过程,有几个会碰到问题的地方
首先是在哪里可以进入在线客服
其实亚马逊为了减少人工客服的费用,刻意将自助解决方案放置在了首要位置,导致人工入口比较难找
首先,进入账户界面,拉到页面底部,找到Let Us Help You一栏的最底部的Help,点击进入帮助界面
如果是中文地区的用户,在进入后会在顶部提示是否联系中文客服,没有尝试过,不做评论。
下面是三栏引导区,分别是查询订单、退货、回到账户
在搜索框的下面就是问题引导区域,我们要找的在线客服就在其中
在最底部的Need More Help?中的Contact Us就是我们要找的人工客服入口,点击进入人工客服界面
会进入密码验证界面,输入密码后继续
进入人工客服界面
在界面中针对具体商品的退款,选择第一步中的第一个,然后选中第二步的商品,如果不是这个商品,可以点击右上角的Choose a Different Order切换订单,接着在第三步中选择Returns and refunds -> Check status of a return。最后点击第四步中开始对话
如果是要取消Kindle Unlimited Membership,在第一步中选择Digital Service,然后直接跳到第三步,选择Kindle eBooks -> Something else,然后点击第四步中按钮开始对话。

过程中会要求验证账户,需要提供帐户名、邮箱、账单地址,分别在个人账户页面的下面这两个地方
总的来说,亚马逊的客服效率还是非常高的,基本上5分钟内就可以完成整个退款流程,退款会在2-3个工作日内打到付款的信用卡上。
