修复订阅INFO中的账户余额和消费计算错误，原因为面板节点单价修改后订阅内的计算规则未同步修改，目前已与面板费用显示同步。
面板计费方式调整
因之前的计费方式过于复杂，将对计费方式进行精简，采用实时计费，取消信用额度，按实计算费用，账户余额用完后服务暂停，充值后服务重新启用。
面板节点进行调整
最近几个月受够了每天切换低速节点，基于对生命的尊重，对所有低速节点进行清理，并增加新的高速节点
