美亚的售后服务一直以来都以慷慨著称,无论是退换货还是价格保护,基本上只要提出,都会以最大用户利益为出发点。但是,最近这个原则发生了改变。
最近在美亚买了东西之后发现价格发生了变化,但是还没有收货,考虑到之前的成功案例,遂发信给美亚申请价格保护
但是,这次和以往不同,回复邮件显示,美亚目前已不支持网站商品的价格保护

回答依旧和邮件回复内容一模一样,网站商品不支持价格保护
通过在线客服的对话了解到,目前美亚的价格问题已经不属于普通客服管辖范围,而是单独成立了一个Pricing specialized team,而这个Team的主要工作就是拒绝用户的退款申请。
总结
其实取消未到货商品的价格保护是一个非常不符合逻辑的做法,用户完全可以拒收或直接退货然后另外购买价格更低的商品,但是这样明显会增加物流成本。所以并不是很清楚美亚是基于什么原因取消了未收货商品的价格保护机制
